All the set course menus begin with green tea and vegetable sweets.
It takes 20 minutes for the yugaki (noodles to cook)
so please relax and look forward to your meal.
Each person receives their own kama (small iron pot) and the meal comes
with green tea,vegetable sweets,
ojiya (risotto style rice) pickled vegetables and a dessert.
The ingredients used in the vegetable sweets
and dessert
vary according to season.


You can choose the amount of udon.

classic serving
Mukashi-mori (classic serving) is a larger volume that
used to be served when the restaurant was first opened.
modan serving
Ima-mori (modern serving) is a more contemporary volume
that is about half the amount of the mukashi-mori.

Tender and mouth-watering beef and vegetables cooked in thetraditional suku-yaki style. The aroma and sweetness of soy sauce combines perfectly with the flavors of the noodles and ingredients to produce a rich full-flavored dish.

加賀さんぺい饂飩鍋 一式 

It is the udon which stewed a salmon and plentiful vegetables for miso taste.

Seiyou-kamagohan / Western-style
西洋釜ごはん

Crab, prawns, littleneck clams cooked with butter in a pilaf-style.
The flavors and balm of the seafood are set off by the saltiness of the butter resulting in a mellow and refined kama dish.

Shimeji-kamagohan / Mushroom
しめじ釜ごはん
It is the simple pot rice which a mushroom
and a bamboo shoot are in.

It is an udon restaurant of Kanazawa having been continued since 1930.
I use local miso and soy sauce, fresh vegetables, the meat
which selected carefully abundantly.
Please eat handmade noodles with delicious soup.
